Clean off any mould or algae with a fungicidal wash and let the wall dry fully. Repair damaged or unsound render and concrete, then patch prime those areas with Farrow \u0026amp; Ball Masonry \u0026amp; Plaster Stabilising Primer. Leave new render and concrete for around 3 months before painting.
