Crown Trade Next Generation Plus Undercoat is a premium, solvent-based undercoat formulated for use on interior surfaces. Providing a smooth and even foundation, this opaque undercoat is designed to be used with Crown Trade's Next Generation Plus Gloss paint to achieve a flawless, high-sheen finish with excellent gloss retention. Utilising a high-quality formulation for great performance, Next Generation Plus Undercoat offers a brighter gloss finish with excellent holdout when overcoated with Next Generation Plus Gloss paint. Developed as a premium-quality paint system, this solvent-based undercoat delivers optimal results when used with Next Generation Plus Gloss as a topcoat. Crown Trade Next Generation Plus paint system is suitable for use throughout homes and commercial properties, providing a long-lasting high-shine gloss finish to many interior wood, metal and PVCu surfaces.

Delivery and Collection Information
Our UK delivery service is available online. All our UK online orders are shipped by a tracked express courier service - DPD, Parcelforce, FedEx, or similar

We will try to get it out faster to you, and if there is any issue at all, we will contact you asap. If you need your order sooner than this, please call us on 01566248008, and we can confirm if this is possible for you.

We can deliver throughout the mainland UK and to the majority of non-mainland UK areas.
Please note, due to external factors that affect road services, we cannot 100% guarantee next-day delivery. Please ensure you order within plenty of time for your project and allow 48 hours before contacting our Customer Service team.

Returns
You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. This right to return does not apply to bespoke products such as mixed paint, which is made to order.
Returns via courier
To arrange collection, please contact us Contact - Painters Paradise with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will arrange for the collection by the preferred courier. Please note that there will be a charge payable by you for this service.
Faulty items
If an item is faulty, it is our aim to get the problem put right as quickly as possible. Depending on the circumstances, you'll be entitled to a refund and replacement. If you think your item is faulty, please contact us Contact - Painters Paradise
Exchanges
We'll ship your requested item right away. If your requested item isn't in stock, we'll contact you to offer you an alternative or refund. If there's a difference in price, we'll refund you or get in touch for payment.
If you require an alternative item as quickly as possible, we would suggest placing a new order and send the original back to us for a refund rather than an exchange.
Refunds
For security reasons, we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order.
