Modern Eggshell is a tough 40% sheen finish suitable for use on all interior wood including furniture, kitchen units and even floors. Worsted is a woven fabric named after the Norfolk village where it was originally made. Farrow & Ball's own Worsted takes its colour from the suits often made from this material, most often in deep shades of grey. It's lighter than Mole's Breath, but deeper than Purbeck Stone, and makes a great accompaniment to both.
