Farrow & Ball 5L Modern Emulsion Dimity No.2008

Dimity is a pale taupe with a subtle red base, named after a sheer cotton fabric popular in dressmaking. It has a great amount of warmth and depth, making for instantly welcoming hallways and living rooms. When paired with Pointing, it seems to take on a pinkier tone, while combining it with darker Oxford Stone creates a more aged look.

About Modern Emulsion

5 Litres of Dimity No.2008 in Farrow & Ball Modern Emulsion, the brand's super-tough matt finish for interior walls and ceilings. With a 7% sheen level, it is washable and wipeable, scuff and stain resistant and protected against mould, making it especially suited to kitchens, bathrooms and busy areas of the home.

Where to use: interior walls and ceilings, including moisture-prone kitchens and bathrooms. Not for use in shower enclosures or on surfaces in direct contact with water.

Coverage and drying: up to 12m² per litre per coat, so this 5 litre tin covers up to 60m² per coat. Two coats are recommended (darker or stronger colours may need more). Dry in 2 hours and recoat in 4 hours; allow longer in cool or humid conditions.
