Farrow & Ball Wood Primer & Undercoat is specifically designed to prepare bare or previously painted wood for decoration with Farrow & Ball eggshell and gloss paints. It provides excellent adhesion and a stable base to ensure a smooth, long-lasting finish. Available in four colour tone options to complement your chosen top coat.

Our UK delivery service is available online. All our UK online orders are shipped by a tracked express courier service - DPD, Parcelforce, FedEx, or similar

Many items are held in stock for next working day delivery, others may take longer. Delivery estimate will be shown at checkout. We will contact you to confirm a date once your order has been processed. If you need your order by a specific date, please call us on 01566248008 and we can confirm if this is possible for you.
We use a trusted fully-tracked service to ensure your order arrives swiftly and in perfect condition. You will receive an email and text message to track your order.
We can deliver throughout the mainland UK and to the majority of non-mainland UK areas.
Please note, due to external factors that affect road services, we cannot 100% guarantee next-day delivery. Please ensure you order within plenty of time for your project and allow 48 hours before contacting our Customer Service team.

Returns
You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. This right to return does not apply to bespoke products such as mixed paint, which is made to order.
Returns via courier
To arrange collection, please contact us Contact - Painters Paradise with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will arrange for the collection by the preferred courier. Please note that there will be a charge payable by you for this service.
Faulty items
