Mathys Pegagraff Hydro is a clear, satin, two-component water-based polyurethane acrylic lacquer, supplied as a complete 5 litre kit (4.2 litre base with 0.8 litre activator).
Key features
- Colourless anti-graffiti protection for porous concrete, natural stone, brick, interior wood and many coatings, including existing paint in good condition
- Good UV resistance
- Acid, alkali and solvent resistant, allowing easy removal of graffiti
- Also a clear protective varnish for floors, walls and interior surfaces
Where to use it
Direct application is allowed on all painted substrates except elastomeric coatings such as Murfill (isolate Murfill first with a coat of Paracem); test first on heat-cured and powder coatings. On unpainted substrates, only reinforced concrete (moisture below 4%) can be coated directly. Do not apply on painted mineral substrates with over 6% moisture, directly on bare metal, on bare exterior wood, or directly on rough surfaces such as plaster or rough brickwork. To repaint over Pegagraff Hydro, first apply Pegalink.
