Rust-Oleum ND14 Cleaner/Degreaser 5L

Rust-Oleum ND14 is a concentrated, alkaline, non-flammable and virtually odour-free cleaner and degreaser for preparing surfaces before coating.

Key features

• Removes grease, oil, proteins, dirt and other contaminants from coated, mineral and metal surfaces
• Concentrate: at 1:20 the 5 litre pack treats up to 500 m² (theoretical)
• Use as an additive for high-pressure (steam) cleaning
• Apply by sponge, cloth, stiff nylon brush, mop or broom

How to use it

• Shake well; scrape or sweep away as much contamination as possible first
• Normal cleaning: 3–5% in cold water. High-pressure cleaning additive: 2%
• Rinse with plenty of fresh water afterwards; above 5% concentration, hot water rinsing is essential
• Rinse very thoroughly on galvanised steel, zinc, aluminium or anodised aluminium
• Let the surface dry fully before coating
• Use at 5–35°C; pH 12; VOC 92 g/l
