Available in Dark Grey, this flexible basecoat provides 10 years of trusted protection and is the perfect foundation for all Sandtex exterior gloss and satin paints. This durable multi-surface primer and undercoat provide a perfect foundation for Sandtex exterior gloss and satin paints, with 10 years' trusted protection against the elements for a long-lasting finish. Our 10-Year Primer Undercoat can be used as both a bare wood and metal surface primer and as an undercoat for primed or pre-painted surfaces, removing the need for two separate products and helping you to save time and money. All products in the Sandtex 10-Year Primer Undercoat range are packaged in fully recyclable materials.

Our UK delivery service is available online. All our UK online orders are shipped by a tracked express courier service - DPD, Parcelforce, FedEx, or similar

Currently, we are just starting out so are advising customers to allow up to 5 working days for delivery. We will contact you to confirm a date once your order has been processed. We will try to get it out faster to you, and if there is any issue at all, we will contact you asap. If you need your order sooner than this, please call us on 01566248008, and we can confirm if this is possible for you.

We use a trusted fully-tracked service to ensure your order arrives swiftly and in perfect condition. You will receive an email and text message to track your order.

We can deliver throughout the mainland UK and to the majority of non-mainland UK areas.

Please note, due to external factors that affect road services, we cannot 100% guarantee next-day delivery. Please ensure you order within plenty of time for your project and allow 48 hours before contacting our Customer Service team.

Returns

You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. This right to return does not apply to bespoke products such as mixed paint, which is made to order.

Returns via courier

To arrange collection, please contact us Contact - Painters Paradise with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will arrange for the collection by the preferred courier. Please note that there will be a charge payable by you for this service.

Faulty items

Exchanges

We'll ship your requested item right away. If your requested item isn't in stock, we'll contact you to offer you an alternative or refund. If there's a difference in price, we'll refund you or get in touch for payment.
