Product Description:
Thermoguard Thermocoat WI Ultimate is a water-based intumescent basecoat for providing fire protection to structural steelwork in interior environments.
When exposed to fire the coating expands to form an insulating char that slows the rise in steel temperature. Film thickness depends on the steel section and the fire rating required, so we recommend getting a loading calculation from Thermoguard before ordering.

Our UK delivery service is available online. All our UK online orders are shipped by a tracked express courier service - DPD, Parcelforce, FedEx, or similar

Many items are held in stock for next working day delivery, others may take longer. Delivery estimate will be shown at checkout. We will contact you to confirm a date once your order has been processed. We will try to get it out faster to you, and if there is any issue at all, we will contact you asap. If you need your order sooner than this, please call us on 01566248008, and we can confirm if this is possible for you.

We can deliver throughout the mainland UK and to the majority of non-mainland UK areas.

Returns
You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. This right to return does not apply to bespoke products such as mixed paint, which is made to order.
Returns via courier
To arrange collection, please contact us Contact - Painters Paradise with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will arrange for the collection by the preferred courier. Please note that there will be a charge payable by you for this service.
Faulty items

Exchanges
We'll ship your requested item right away. If your requested item isn't in stock, we'll contact you to offer you an alternative or refund. If there's a difference in price, we'll refund you or get in touch for payment.
If you require an alternative item as quickly as possible, we would suggest placing a new order and send the original back to us for a refund rather than an exchange.
Refunds
