Zinsser AllCoat Exterior Matt, tinted to the colour you choose. This water-based, self-priming paint is made for the long-term decoration of timber, metal, masonry, plastic, concrete and cladding, drying to a vapour-permeable, low-maintenance, water-shedding matt coating.
It bonds to existing glossy paint without sanding, so for most jobs there is no need for a separate primer: the first coat primes and seals, and the second completes the seal and adds moisture resistance.
Key features
- Self-priming – bonds to existing glossy paints without sanding
- Excellent resistance to cracking, blistering and flaking, and to rain and severe weather
- Excellent colour retention
- Contains a biocide to protect the dried coating against fungal degradation
- Recoatable in 1 hour
- Low VOC: 35 g/l
Where to use it
New or previously painted wood, uPVC, galvanising, metals, cladding, weathered bitumen, stucco, brick, stone and cured concrete.
